 Reporting to the VP Operations, Monty will direct department managers and supervisors to increase quality and lower turnaround times. Hes also expected to bring in new technology and grow sales, while developing a strong team environment. He is pleased with his move and with SET:

 The bonus package goes up to 20% of base, and full medical, dental, and optical are paid for my entire family by the company. The company is growing again, and doubled its work force and revenues over last two years. They just purchased a third building for expansion into new areas.

 There is a strong management core, this being a family owned business that has an excellent track record and continues to re-invent itself. This is an excellent time to come on board with all of the reorganization for efficiency and growth happening. The company seems to realize that top notch talent and experience comes with age and they are willing to go out and attract such talent.

 The game plan of utilizing all avenues for job searching and job creation was good. My original location was not the best. Only after I had an offer on the table did other companies start calling for interviews, even though they had seen my resume three months earlier.
